With the new year, you might have noticed your social feeds filled with new diets, exercise programmes and other regimes. But this is a challenge with a difference: it’s not a regime, it’s about giving yourself space to reflect on who you are and what’s important to you.

Our thoughts affect our feelings, which affect our behaviours. So we know that real, lasting change begins in our brains! By taking time to look within and detox our mind, we can set ourselves up for the year ahead.
