
Join the Feelgood February Challenge!
With the new year, you might have noticed your social feeds filled with new diets, exercise programmes and other regimes. But this is a challenge with a difference: it's not a regime, it's about giving yourself space to reflect on who you are and what's important to you.
Each week we will look at a different aspect of wellbeing: Week One: Thinking about our Thinking. Week Two: Our relationships with others. Week Three: Our relationship with ourselves. Week Four: Fun things to support self-care.
Watch out for our blog post each Monday to learn more about each topic, and follow the weekly challenge. We'll also be posting smaller, daily challenges throughout the week on Facebook.
