I went to a psychologist for sleep years ago, and your insomnia course was not only on par with that, it answered some unresolved questions I had. Really really well constructed. I have recommended to others.

The tools in the insomnia course were excellent. Using a sleep diary, getting up if you can't sleep, and going to bed when you are tired but always getting up at the same time were the ones that really made a difference for me.

The change within the first week utterly amazed me. A fabulous resource, thank you.

Thank you SO MUCH. I have struggled with sleep for years. I am currently in recovery for addiction and the sleepless nights, frustration and overthinking were a massive trigger for me. I am so grateful my GP suggested this course. Ngā mihi!
