Overview

This course uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to teach you practical skills to help you tackle stress and start feeling better today.

Course length:
4 lessons

You can take this course at your own pace. However, we recommend a week per lesson - so you can practise what you've learnt.
