Are you pregnant and feeling low in your mood or excessive worry that doesn't seem to go away? You may be experiencing something called prenatal anxiety or low mood. While it's completely normal, and expected, to feel āwangawanga / anxious about having a baby, these feelings can become a problem if they are difficult to control and are interfering with your daily life. The good news is, feelings of anxiety and low mood can improve, and there are many things you can do to help yourself get into a better space – many of them built into this course!

This course will teach you practical skills to get on top of your wellbeing so you can focus on your growing whānau.
