New course helping thousands of Kiwis get a better night’s sleep

Almost 2,000 Kiwis have already signed up for our new Managing Insomnia course in the first month of its launch.

We are delighted to see so many people signing up for this course, and we’ve received great feedback that it’s genuinely helping. According to our post-course survey, 100% of those who’ve completed a course have found it helpful or extremely helpful. Additionally, 100% of those people said they’d recommend the course to a colleague, friend or whānau member.

Sleep is so vital for our overall wellbeing. But due to stress, mental health challenges and a range of other factors – many of us can find ourselves tossing and turning at night, struggling to get the sleep we need. The good news is that sleeplessness and insomnia can be treated, and many people who seek help get better. This course teaches practical skills to help people get their sleep back on track – and according to our course participants, it really works!
