A guide to support your wellbeing during times of stress and uncertainty 

This free online course introduces easy-to-use, practical strategies to cope with stress during difficult times. You'll learn how to support your mental and emotional health, and practice skills to help you and your whānau stay on track.     

This short course involves one lesson followed by a helpful guide to put what you’ve learnt into practice. It should only take about an hour to work through.
